Operations Support Specialist

The Operations Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work closely with our Site Manager and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up machinery in a timely and accurate manner, preparing tooling and materials for the next order to facilitate quick change-overs.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, perform machine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance tasks.

  • Conduct in-process quality checks, stack bundles, and provide general support to the Site Manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and self-motivation are essential for this role.

  • Proven performance in current or previous roles, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  • A methodical approach to problem-solving, good communication skills, and a strong focus on quality and Workplace Health & Safety standards are also critical.
