Operational Support Specialist

Our yard is a critical area of our business, and as an Operational Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring its productivity on a day-to-day basis.
Your primary responsibility will be to perform operational and hands-on tasks in a successful manner while prioritizing safety for everyone. We live by our value-driven culture, promoting collaboration with zero tolerance to any form of bullying and harassment.
We have a fleet of fully maintained trucks ranging from small tippers to crane trucks operating in multiple locations across Queensland and New South Wales. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will assist with deliveries, unloading and loading of vehicles at the branch, maintain a clean and safe working environment, prepare site and equipment, and shut down job and clean up.
You will also be responsible for adhering to workplace health and safety policies and procedures, maintaining relevant knowledge of WHS issues, and acting as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviors.
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar yard environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders. A current Forklift license is also required. Desired skills include similar industry experience.
