
Access and Governance Officer

This role is responsible for the provision of guidance, advice and support to staff in relation to governance matters including, but not limited to, the management of policies, delegations, Code of Conduct and Legislative Compliance Registers. Providing public access to Council information in accordance with the Governance Information (Public Access) Act is a key aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing guidance and advice on governance matters
- Supporting staff in managing policies and delegations
- Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III qualification in Business Administration, Recordkeeping or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role, combined with ongoing professional development.
