Debt Recovery Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned brand as an AR Officer on an entry-level basis.

The company operates in a busy online environment and is a market leader with plans for further expansion. You will have the chance to work under the guidance of an experienced manager who will teach you the ropes.

The hybrid working model allows for flexible work arrangements, with two days in the office (Tuesday and Friday) and three days from home. However, meeting schedules and business needs may require occasional changes to your routine.

This is a temporary role lasting around 3-6 months, with the potential to become permanent. The location is Moorebank.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process debtor invoices in a timely manner.

- Manage daily banking and process credit card payments.

- Create new vendors.

- Process refunds.

- Conduct stock adjustments.

- Invoicing customers.

- Minimise debtor overdue invoices by implementing effective company policy.

- Ensure payment of overdue invoices are made in accordance with company credit policy.

- Maintain a strong team focus on meeting Key Performance Indicators.

About You (Essential Skills):

- At least one year experience in collections with AR administration.

- Volume processing experience working to tight deadlines.

- Fast and accurate data entry skills.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- A bright and cheerful personality with a love of working in a team.

- Attention to detail is essential, and ability to work in a busy and fast-paced work environment.

- Must have current experience working with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
