We are looking for a Head of Authorised Representatives (AR), on a 9 month contract, to develop and lead our proposition for AR Broker groups and Commercial Intermediated Brokers in Australia and New Zealand.

This role is responsible for building a more strategic, detailed and longer term understanding of the strategies, operations, areas of focus and opportunities of our AR Broker groups and Commercial Intermediated Brokers ensuring alignment with ZAIL where possible.

You will also be responsible for the following:

- Working with the Heads of Commercial and Digital Markets as well as Head of Strategic Broker Management to develop an in depth and 360 holistic view and understanding of our key AR broker groups
- Working with the Regional Managers, Heads of Commercial and Digital Markets and Head of Strategic Broker Management build long term strategies with each of our key AR Broking groups focussing on current, future and one-off Horizons
- Working with the Head of Strategic Broker Management drive the operating alignment between our Key AR Broking Groups & Zurich
- Working with the CUO, Regional Managers and practice Leads, develop a plan and strategy to leverage our unique fully intermediated position in the market
- Working with the Regional Managers, promote the visibility of Zurich through focused market facing activity in deal prospecting, pipeline management, and thought leadership
- Build multi-level embedded relationships between Zurich and our Key Commercial Intermediated Broking partners
- Lead and drive the Service 365 team ensuring consistent 2-way interaction with AR's
- Ensure the training and development of the Service 365 team creating a pipeline of talent for the GI business
- Evolve the Service 365 proposition through the use of data, insights and feedback from our AR Broking Groups
- Create a key stakeholder map of our Key AR Broking groups and ensure that all areas of Zurich fully understand it

In order to be successful in the role, you will have the following experience:

- Bachelor's Degree or Post-Graduate qualifications (preferred)
- Multiple years Broker engagement experience
- Proven ability to develop and execute on strategic plans and company initiatives
- Able to communicate at a very high level with C-Suite and Key Executives of Brokers
- Proven strong market facing presence in local market and industry networks operating with agility in a complex environment
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and expertise in products and industry
- Commercially astute with a comprehensive understanding of the General Insurance industry and the products available
- Demonstrates a good knowledge and understanding of market insights, trends and market intel
