A Project Marketing Manager Role for a Residential Development Company


Job Description:

This position is suited to an experienced mid-level marketing professional who can develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for new and established assets.


  • Coordinate digital and social media campaigns in partnership with external agencies to optimise lead generation
  • Prepare and manage annual and quarterly marketing budgets and campaign plans, ensuring alignment with financial targets
  • Stay on top of the local market — conduct competitor reviews, pricing analysis and use real insights to shape campaigns
  • Champion the customer journey — constantly refining touchpoints and communications to boost conversions and build loyalty
  • Use data and insights to optimise marketing performance
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, as well as at least 3-5 years Project Marketing Management experience. Residential project experience is essential, preferably built-form. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator able to engage and drive relationships, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
