Job Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing for new development projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping how Australians choose to live in retirement.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for new development projects, driving sales volume, speed, and price outcomes.
  • Create and implement multi-channel campaigns across media, digital, creative, CRM, and content.
  • Monitor and manage campaign performance, using data and insights to refine strategy and maximise return on investment.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project and customer goals.
