Job Description- Manage all aspects of work placements aligned with learning outcomes.
- Coordinate timetabling and planning processes for work placements.
- Supervise and mentor staff on assessing work placements.
- Conduct training and assessment activities, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement work placement strategies that align with the needs of students and employers.
- Ensure that work placements meet the required standards and are safe for students.
- Provide regular supervision and support to students during work placements.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Collaborate with academic staff to develop and deliver work placement programs.
- Contribute to the development of partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance work placement opportunities.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Social Work, preferably in a leadership or coordination role.
- Relevant experience in coordinating work placements or similar roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
