About the Role:

This Warehouse Operations Specialist role is crucial in maintaining optimum performance of our fulfillment center. As a key member of the Supply team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe working environments, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities:
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to health and safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for colleagues.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer and branch orders.
  • Inventory Management: Receive stock, check against delivery advice, receipt, and store it correctly.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Move inventory accurately using available technology.
  • Cycle Counts: Complete inventory cycle counts and participate in stocktakes.
  • Order Release: Release and invoice orders efficiently.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain the warehouse at the highest possible standards.
  • Cable Cutting: Perform cable cutting tasks accurately with minimal wastage (if trained).
Requirements:
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Possess a strong eye for detail.
  • Warehouse Experience: Have experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Forklift Licence: Hold a forklift licence with high reach experience.
  • Organisation Skills: Be organised with a can-do attitude.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Product knowledge and experience in electrical, industrial, or safety markets are desirable but not essential.
