  • Design and propose Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Create detailed process flows, use cases, and user stories to guide development and configuration.
  • Work with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce.
  • Develop user documentation and help guides.
  • Create test plans and test cases to ensure that solutions are properly implemented and meet the specified requirements.
  • Conduct testing and manage any issues or defects.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within Salesforce.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator/Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
  • Around 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
