About Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify strategies and improvement opportunities while reengineering processes for greater efficiency
  • Develop use cases, business requirements documents, interface specifications, data modeling, and functional specifications
  • Write user stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog

  • Conduct workshops, presentations, system verification, and training
  • Conduct tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct

About Your Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a technical business analyst in a development team
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO20022
  • Knowledge of real-time schemes such as NPP, MYRPP, HKFP, PromptPay, and similar
  • Sound knowledge of SWIFT/MT/MX messaging and flows
  • Knowledge of bulk schemes (DE, RTP, ITMX)
  • Knowledge of RTGS schemes (Rentas, CHATS, BahtNet, etc.)
  • Sound experience working in an Agile environment
  • Hands-on experience in change management, impact analysis, and estimation
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience

Added Bonus:

  • Experience working with APIs (understanding schema, principle, integration, and exceptions)
  • Knowledge of Visio, Jira, EA
