About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Loss Adjuster to join our team, responsible for managing a portfolio of domestic home property claims and delivering a best-in-market claims experience to our customers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage a portfolio of property claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Review and improve claims processes and quality assurance.
  • Provide technical support and feedback to the claims team.
  • Assist with coaching and training of team members.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry insights.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide escalation points for complaints and technical queries.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings, conferences, and phone calls as required.
About You
  • Previous loss adjusting experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage complaints and disputed claims.
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, assess risks, and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience in relationship building and stakeholder management.
