**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Overnight Houseperson. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the hotel's cleanliness and comfort for our guests during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including corridors and service spaces.
  • Handle and secure Master Keys and equipment responsibly during your shift.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to overnight service calls.
  • Remove trash from guest corridors and public areas, keeping bins clean and odor-free.
  • Restock linen, towels, and amenities in designated service areas.
  • Deliver extra items efficiently and with care.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks, such as mopping and wiping surfaces, to keep service areas safe and clutter-free.
