Job Opportunity: Nighttime Food and Beverage Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Nighttime Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests during nighttime hours. This will include serving meals, responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve Meals and Beverages: Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, resolve issues in a courteous and respectful manner, and ensure that all guests have an exceptional dining experience.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Perform Light Cooking Duties: Assist with light cooking duties, such as preparing salads, sandwiches, and other menu items, under the guidance of experienced culinary staff.
  • Restock Outlets and Inventory: Restock outlets and inventory as needed to ensure that all guests have access to their preferred menu items.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, including the ability to respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Strong Communication Abilities: Possess strong communication abilities, including verbal and written communication, to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to Work Effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment: Possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage stress in a dynamic setting.
  • NSW Recognized Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification: Hold current NSW Recognized Responsible Service of Alcohol certification to ensure compliance with local liquor laws and regulations.
