We're seeking a skilled Nighttime Hospitality Specialist to join our Front Office team, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service throughout the night.

As a key member of our team, your tasks will include performing night audits, handling guest inquiries, managing cash register accounts, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform night audits and reconcile cash register accounts;
  • Be available as a contact person for all guest needs;
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth handovers;
