  • Support the smooth operation of early childhood education programs by performing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing quality customer service.">
  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative procedures to ensure efficient program management.">
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, escalating issues when necessary, and maintaining accurate records.">
  • Monitor and manage program inboxes, answer phone calls, and provide assistance as required.">
  • Act as a responsible person on duty when needed, ensuring the well-being and safety of children, staff, and visitors.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.">
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in early childhood administration.">
  • Working with Vulnerable People Card.">
  • Experience in family account management using a CCMS platform, with knowledge of OWNA an advantage.">
  • Knowledge of Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Additional Childcare Subsidy (ACCS) and Family Assistance Law desirable.">
  • Experience as a Responsible Person.">
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deliver professional service.">
  • Strong administration skills, including record management, processes, and activities to support team priorities.">
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.">
