Program Administrator in Early Childhood Education and Care

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the program, including managing CCS funding, enrolments, and client information.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining efficient procedures for administrative functions.
- Provide high-quality customer service for program queries, follow up with clients as required, and maintain accurate record keeping as per National Quality Standards.
- Monitor and manage program inboxes, answer phones, and provide assistance where necessary.
- Act as the responsible person on duty when required.
- Report directly to the Director/Nominated Supervisor any issues affecting children, service approval, regulatory compliance, or smooth service operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care and at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Hold Working with Vulnerable People Card.
- Demonstrated experience in family accounts using a CCMS platform, OWNA experience advantageous.
- Experience in Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Additional Childcare Subsidy (ACCS) and Family Assistance Law desirable.
- Experience as a Responsible Person.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent administration skills, including records management, processes, and activities supporting team priorities, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
