Early Childhood Education Director

Educational leadership in early childhood education is a highly respected and purpose-driven role that requires experienced professionals to make a lasting impact.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with the ability to lead and motivate educators to deliver high-quality learning outcomes for young children.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with state and national standards.
- Lead educators to ensure they are equipped to support each child's learning and development.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the educational program.
- Collaborate with educators to establish clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the centers Quality Improvement Plan.
- Tertiary qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA OR a diploma in children's services.
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
- Previous experience working in the early years sector is desirable.
- Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent.
