Job Description

The St Vincent's Curran Foundation is dedicated to working in partnership with philanthropists, clinicians, and executives. Our vision is to lead transformation in healthcare through continuous improvement and innovation.

This role will involve securing major philanthropic investment to support ambitious health initiatives, including capital campaigns, research, and medical imaging. You will lead integrated fundraising campaigns and develop strategies to maximise results.

  • Lead fundraising campaigns to secure major gifts;
  • Support leadership with proposals and donor meetings;
  • Steward and report back to donors regarding the impact of their giving;
  • Develop and deliver fundraising campaigns with cross-functional teams;
Key Responsibilities

Fundraising: Lead fundraising campaigns to secure major gifts, manage relationships with major donors, and oversee fundraising events.

Leadership & Culture: Champion a donor-centric culture, build strong relationships with leadership, and represent the organisation at key events.

Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with leadership to plan and deliver major fundraising campaigns, serve as an ambassador, and manage relationships that support strategic fundraising goals.

About the Role: You are a proven leader in major gifts and/or philanthropic campaigns, with experience building trust, cultivating high-level relationships, and delivering results.

  • Personal integrity and commitment to our Philosophy, Mission, and Values;
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, fundraising, communications, or related fields;
  • Proven success leading major gift fundraising and campaign strategies in complex organisations;
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex information to diverse audiences;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
