We are seeking a qualified Heavy/Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our Maintenance crew based out in the Galilee Basin.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance of Mobile Plant Units and ancillary equipment.
- SITE-BASED ASSISTANCE WITH BREAK DOWNS, DIAGNOSTICS AND FAULT FINDING.
- Ability to work successfully within a team, autonomously and unsupervised.
- Willingness to work at remote locations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance of Mobile Plant Units (MPUs) and ancillary equipment.
- Providing site-based assistance with breakdowns, diagnostics and fault finding.
- Working effectively within a team, autonomously and unsupervised.
- Willingness to work at remote locations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle or Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
- Previous experience in maintenance of MPUs, MMU's or HR vehicles is highly regarded.
- Standard 11 certification.
- A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Fitness for physically demanding work and ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical.
