As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals through their rehabilitation journey. You will work closely with our team to provide expert guidance, advocacy, and education to help individuals achieve their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities- Advocacy - You will advocate for individuals who require support in navigating the rehabilitation process.
- Counseling - You will provide counseling services to individuals who are experiencing challenges in their career goals and circumstances.
- Assessments - You will conduct assessments to help guide individuals toward their new career goals.
- Case Management - You will work with treatment providers to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients.
- Graduated Return Plans - You will develop graduated return plans by liaising with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goals.
- Tertiary Qualifications - You must hold tertiary qualifications in Rehab Counselling or Psychology and be registered with AHPRA or ASORC.
