Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Officer to join our Finance and Business Strategy Group. This role will contribute to the planning, development, implementation, and review of marketing and communications campaigns and activities across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of marketing and communications by liaising with external and internal stakeholders. They will also assist and mentor colleagues in marketing-related tasks and support activities across the organisation.

Maintenance, building, and defence of organisational reputation is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning, development, implementation, and review of marketing and communications campaigns and activities.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of marketing and communications by liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist and mentor colleagues in marketing-related tasks and support activities.
  • Build, maintain, and defend organisational reputation.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications relevant to marketing or relevant alternate qualifications with suitable specialised skills and expertise.
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing for marketing across diverse channels, including social media and management tools, as well as familiarity with ad-serving tools, strategies, and trends.
  • Proficiency in using website content management systems and analytics.
  • Experience in utilising social media listening tools.
  • Proven track record of employing marketing strategies for successful campaigns with a focus on results.
