About the Role:

  • As an Electrical Supervisor with us, you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical works are carried out in accordance with drawings, scope of works, company standards and specifications, Australian Standards and to the project schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all personnel maintain safe systems of work.
  • Plan activities in accordance with standards and minimise inefficiencies.
  • Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract.
  • Understand risk management, quality assurance and control.
  • Participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance audits.
  • Liaise with client and contractor representatives.
  • Monitor site instructions to ensure costs are captured and agreed to.

About You:

  • To be successful in this position, you will have at least 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the heavy construction industry and hold your WA electrical licence.
  • You will have well-developed leadership skills, strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills, a high level of commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills, well-developed numeracy and analytical skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a high-functioning team.
  • You must hold a white Card and valid driver's licence.

Salary and Benefits:
