Customer Services Director

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and manage a team that truly cares and empowers customers. As our Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing support services aligned to contracts, coaching individuals, and managing team performance. You will also act as the safeguarding lead for the team, ensuring health and safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded.
You will work closely with colleagues to promote the service, ensure visibility and accessibility to referring agencies and self-referring customers, and empower customers and colleagues alike. To succeed in this role, you will need great people skills, the ability to communicate and understand where people are in their life, and confidence to challenge behaviours not aligned with our values.
- Experience in leading a team and empowering and developing others is preferred.
- You will have experience delivering support in a housing or care environment, and hold an enhanced DBS check.
