Seeking an experienced IT Retail Store Support Analyst with a retail/POS background to provide hands-on support for our stores\' technology, including POS systems, EFTPOS, and store IT equipment.

About you:

We are looking for someone who thrives in a retail technology environment and has a passion for supporting store teams.

• Proven experience providing Level 2/3 IT support in a retail environment (essential)
• Strong hands-on experience with POS systems, EFTPOS, and store IT hardware/software
• Experience with retail platforms (e.g. Retail Directions or Surefire) highly regarded
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and SQL Database systems
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical store staff under pressure
• Current Driver's License and flexibility to travel interstate and internationally
• Strong customer service focus and ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
• Experience in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
