Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic initiatives to boost economic growth, employment, and wages in Victoria.
- Provide authoritative advice on economic policy matters and represent the department's views at inter-departmental meetings and forums.
- Develop and manage a high-performing team by fostering a positive culture, supporting professional development, and ensuring work quality.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to analyze complex economic policy challenges and identify options for informed decision-making.
- Create a collaborative team environment through effective people management and communication skills.
