Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer adoption and success through delivery of unified support agreements
  • Partner with customers to create and deliver proactive support services that enhance their experience on our cloud platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic account plans and bring technical insights to create customer value
  • Create customer value by accelerating cloud consumption/usage, supportability, and improving the customer experience
  • Orchestrate collaboration across Microsoft teams to drive better customer outcomes and deliver on the One Microsoft advantage

Requirements:

  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience in managing multiple internal teams to drive best outcomes
  • Ability to understand and identify high-level strategic business requirements while keeping across daily operational obligations
  • Experience in accelerating time-to-value by managing resources, influencing direction, and escalating technical blockers
  • A growth mindset approach to learning and stretching yourself outside your comfort zone, with an interest in expanding your technical and project delivery knowledge
