ServiceNow Developer Position

This role is for an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team and assist in developing and delivering platform solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and configuration, as well as experience with scripting, workflows, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations. They will also have experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, and familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.

The position requires a minimum of 3+ years' experience in ServiceNow development, with a Certification in ServiceNow CSA (Certified Systems Administrator) and proficiency with out-of-the-box application configuration, particularly SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to best fit business requirements. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, assess platform requirements from business areas, and explore/research/test ServiceNow out-of-the-box capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Assess platform requirements from business areas and explore/research/test ServiceNow out-of-the-box capability
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code when required
  • Conduct code reviews and quality control checks to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Provide guidance and expertise in relation to platform growth and development
  • Document code and application functionality
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in ServiceNow development
