As a healthcare professional with us, you will assess residents' needs, work collaboratively with healthcare teams, and develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans. Experience in mentoring and supervising care staff, as well as AN-ACC assessments, is essential.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about their vocation and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Main Responsibilities:- Strong clinical assessment skills and response to changes in customer condition, consulting the broader healthcare team
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in partnership with customers and loved ones
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care
- Ensure compliance with organizational, professional, and aged care standards
- AHPRA Registration
- 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
- Strong planning and coordination skills in care delivery
- Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care
- Sound understanding of medication systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
