Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee electrical manufacturing operations and drive business growth.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Perth with travel as required. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Tactical execution of daily operations across multiple sites.
  • Accountable for financial outcomes, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as yield, OEE, downtime, and throughput.
  • Deliver strategic initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and team performance.
  • Optimise workflows and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage contracts obligations.
  • Lead, develop and mentor teams, fostering a workforce culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requirements & Qualifications

Highly experienced in multi-disciplined electrical manufacturing environments.

Tertiary qualification in project management or business management, in addition to trade-related or engineering qualifications.

Desirable experience in power system production, products and equipment, electrical infrastructure and balance of plant (HV, LV).

Strong interpersonal leadership skills and experience.

Ability to manage and oversee project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management.

Strong commercial contract management and negotiation skills.
