With a competitive salary range of $30.34 - $33.60 per hour, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care assistance with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, while maintaining their dignity and privacy.
  • Offering mobility support by helping residents with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between different positions.
  • Monitoring health by observing and reporting any changes in the resident's condition.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and serving, ensuring residents receive the food they need.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and observations on eCase.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification. Additionally, you should be adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
