Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Compensation Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end payroll for weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of payroll forms, records, and documents.
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare records related to payroll, such as employee information, time sheets, benefits, salaries, and more.
- Participate in complex payroll support functions, including input of new employees, applications for terminations, contract adjustments, and similar tasks.

Requirements:
- End-to-end payroll experience, ideally with 500+ employees on the payroll.
- Experience with payroll within a healthcare or NFP setting.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of relevant awards and EBAs in the healthcare and NFP sector.
- Ability to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
