
Full Time Inventory Control Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Inventory and Purchasing Manager, this position is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing purchasing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong decision-making, problem-solving and team motivation skills, as well as sound planning, organizational and administrative skills with demonstrated effectiveness in developing systems, processes and procedures to prioritize tasks and achieve goals.

This role requires a high level of customer service skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
The successful candidate will also have excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify errors and issues, and develop effective and evidence-based solutions to problems.
Australia-based candidates are encouraged to apply, with current and valid Driver's license required. Forklift license and experience working with computerised ERP environment preferred.
