- **Reporting & Analysis**: Improving the accuracy of inventory valuation, project costing, and margin reporting by addressing systemic issues and driving data quality.
- **Staff Training & Process Development**: Creating and delivering training programs to build inventory discipline across teams and establishing standardised practices for inventory control and BOM management.
- **Cross-Functional Communication**: Working closely with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support across the business.

**About You - Experience & Skills Required**:
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. You should have:

- **Demonstrated success in BOM management**, including correcting and maintaining master data.
- **Excellent attention to detail** with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Effective communication and training skills**, with the ability to build buy-in and improve cross-functional inventory practices.
- **A continuous improvement mindset**—you love streamlining processes and eliminating waste.
