
Inventory Control Specialist

Effective Inventory Management is crucial for driving business growth and excellence in the Electronics Security Industry.
We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing / Inventory Controller to join our team. In this full-time permanent position, you will combine inventory/purchasing duties with sales and customer service responsibilities, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient supply chain management.
- Manage stock levels, aged stock, and optimize inventory control processes.
- Collaborate closely with the Warehouse and Sales teams, and liaise with suppliers daily to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate reports using company software packages and Excel, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
- Reconcile purchase orders with invoices, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and chase deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in purchasing and stock control.
- A willingness to adapt and combine inventory/purchasing duties with sales and customer service.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a fast typing speed and good PC skills.
