- 3 years of caregiving experience: Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients.
- Exceptional communication skills: Effective verbal and non-verbal communication to understand client needs and preferences.
- Reliable transportation: Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for transporting clients.
- Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Criminal background check: Pass a national and state-level background check to ensure client safety.
