**Chain Fitter (Weekend Availability) -**Mansfield / Mirimbah / Merrijig

Buller Sports is a leading rental and retail operator in the Mt Buller/Mansfield region, with a total of 10 stores. Our team is dedicated to providing our guests with the best possible mountain experience, every day. We are looking for enthusiastic, pro-active, and lively people to join our passionate team at Buller Sports Mansfield for the busy 2023 winter season.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our guests. This includes assisting with rental equipment, providing information about the mountain, and helping guests plan their activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive attitude and being a step-ahead of the guests' needs.

**What YOU will be responsible for;**

Your work as a **Chain Fitter** will place you in an energetic, team environment. You will be willing to go the extra mile for our customers, and your team.
- Providing a superior customer experience for all Mt Buller guests
- Contributing your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
- Assisting guests with the safe, and correct set-up of their rental equipment
- Educating guests on the care and use of their equipment
- Selling, and promoting a wide range of mountain products
- Supporting the management team in the implementation of promotions, visuals, store maintenance, and all other sales functions
- Identifying, and anticipating the needs of guests, whilst resolving any problems efficiently, and tactfully
- Complying with all company, store and area operational, OHS, environmental policies, and procedures
- Other duties assigned as necessary
- Representing Mt Buller, Buller Ski Lifts, and the Buller Way

**What YOU will bring;**

You must have a passion for the snow, with a thirst to learn more about this unique industry. You are self-motivated, cheerful, and keen to experience the mountain life style.
- Proven experience in the rental, retail, or guest service industry
- Patience and understanding
- An unyielding work ethic
- Experience with POS
- The ability to handle pressure & multi-tasking
- Excellent communication & team-work skills
- High regard for personal appearance and presentation
- The ability to work varying schedules; including day, evening, and weekend shifts
