Job Overview

This role involves providing leadership and case management for Team Membership within a work area. The position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage complex issues.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in high-level case management, be an Australian Citizen, and possess excellent customer service skills.

  • Undertake case management of low to moderately complex AAT matters by analysing options for early resolution.
  • Obtain necessary information and advice to effectively resolve AAT matters.
  • Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings conducted by the AAT.
  • Prepare documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings.
  • Assess and respond to priorities and risks, including risk to the participant, Scheme sustainability, and the agency.
  • Prepare and maintain electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision making processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management process.
Key Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in high-level case management.
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • National police check and working with children check.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
