**Job Title:** Policy and Project Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team as a Policy and Project Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative policies and projects that drive positive change in our community.

This role requires a strong background in policy development, project management, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in human services, social services, public policy, or a related discipline, or a minimum of three years' experience working in a relevant policy environment. They will also have proven ability to develop and maintain strong networks and partnerships with key stakeholders, and demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills, and experience in producing high-quality written materials including reports, briefing papers, and correspondence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement policies and projects that align with our organization's goals and objectives
• Provide high-quality, timely, evidence-based policy advice to stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of research reports, including the design, data collection, and analysis of data
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and industry partners
