As a Department Leader, you play a pivotal role in driving the Sales and Profit objectives of your department. Your key responsibility is to develop and implement a strategy that aligns with the store's vision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will regularly analyze and follow up on Sales & Profit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your department, working closely with Visual Merchandisers to maximize sales.
  • You will drive the Customer Loyalty program in line with country goals.
  • You will ensure your department consistently meets business standards, using tools to monitor progress.
  • You will collaborate with your team to implement commercial strategies.
  • You will evaluate and manage team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance development reviews to enhance growth and development.
  • You will develop and maintain a talent pipeline in your department to support business needs.
