Job Title: Preparing Quality Food and Beverages

We are seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of preparing high-quality food and beverages in a commercial kitchen setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional products while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistent high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Prepare food and beverage products according to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed as prescribed by standard operating procedures or as directed by the chef on duty.
  • Communicate effectively with the chef on duty regarding any catering-related issues or needs.
  • Complete operational cleaning requirements as required or directed by the chef on duty.
  • Participate in team meetings as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • The ability to align with our core values.
  • The capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
  • A passion for delivering excellent service and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of HACCP/food safety programs.
  • Certification in cookery or hospitality is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical testing.
  • Capacity to pass a national police check.

Prior experience working in customer-facing roles, hospitality, or within a commercial kitchen is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
