About the Role

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our client's team in the Northern Beaches area. This is a permanent role with an attractive salary package and great company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met in the production environment.
  • Manage a team of personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Lead and motivate the production teams to achieve optimal productivity.
  • Optimize production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality of all lines, achieving KPI's.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or food manufacturing industries.
  • Previous Production Supervisor experience from the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • ERP system experience.
  • Experience in leading a team of 5 to 15 staff.
  • Proven track record with leading safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Possess high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GMP principles and WHS requirements.
