Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage deals related to content acquisition, commissioning, and distribution.
  • Prepare and draft agreements, including licensing, production, and talent contracts.
  • Identify and maximise revenue opportunities from commissioned content.
  • Provide advice and updates to internal and external stakeholders on deal progress.
  • Develop and streamline business processes to mitigate risks and enhance workflows.
  • Lead and manage a small team, fostering collaboration and development while achieving business objectives.
About You

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Affairs Manager with a strong background in legal and business affairs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience within a network or production company, with relevant legal qualifications and a proven track record of effectively managing a small team.
