About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team at Daniel's Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
  • Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and traditional media
  • Implement strategies to engage and grow the customer base through loyalty programmes and personalised marketing
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance, using data to inform decisions
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-oriented marketing professional with a passion for the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent brand management and budget management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and social media expertise
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the FMCG or retail industry is preferred
