We are seeking an experienced and skilled PMO Analyst to join our high-profile, strategic transformational program at ING Bank (Australia) Limited. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of key milestones modernising our core banking systems.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who can work autonomously with good time management skills and minimal direction. You will be responsible for providing program governance, reporting, and financial support, as well as operational planning sessions, vendor contract management, and data analysis capabilities.

About You
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in project analyst/operational roles, preferably with commercial or procurement experience involving third-party vendors.
  • Advanced user of MS Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in building relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving project timesheet discipline.
