About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational PMO Analyst to join our team at ING Bank (Australia) Limited. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of key milestones modernising our core banking systems.

As a key member of our Core Banking Modernisation Program, you will be responsible for providing program governance, reporting, and financial support. This includes collating inputs, supporting day-to-day reporting and analytics, and maintaining processes and governance.

You will also provide operational planning support, working closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure their operational and PMO needs are met. Additionally, you will leverage your data analysis capabilities to set actions and recommendations.

Furthermore, you will support program leads and business stakeholders in the ongoing management of partner/vendor contracts and commercials. You will ensure that governance processes are followed for transparency of all contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide program governance, reporting, and financial support
  • Support operational planning sessions and maintain processes and governance
  • Leverage data analysis capabilities to set actions and recommendations
  • Support program leads and business stakeholders in vendor contract management
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project analyst or operational roles
  • Advanced user of MS Suite and other related technologies
  • Self-motivated individual with good time management skills and minimal direction
  • Detail-oriented with a mindset for continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in building relationships, interpersonal skills, and collaboration
  • Data savvy, including financial planning and budgeting
