Position Overview

Healthscope Hospitals is looking for a dedicated Full Time Theatre Ward Clerk to support our dynamic Peri-Operative Services team. In collaboration with the Peri-Operative Services Manager and Nurse Unit Manager, you will contribute significantly to the efficient operation of our Theatre ward.

We seek individuals who thrive in a fast-paced team atmosphere, possess exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate strong communication abilities. You should be well-organized, capable of working independently, and adept at following instructions to complete tasks effectively.

Key Qualifications

  2. Possess a solid understanding of Australian Privacy regulations
  3. Have proven experience in medical administration
  4. Exhibit strong computer skills, including familiarity with WebPAS or similar systems
  5. Effectively manage competing priorities
  6. Previous experience in hospital administration is advantageous but not mandatory
