Commercial Property Manager

We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, overseeing a prestigious A-Grade asset in Sydney CBD.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned property professional to make a tangible impact, providing operational support to the General Manager and contributing to the long-term success of the assets under management.
Key Responsibilities- Operations: Ensure optimal operational performance of the asset portfolio, maximise performance, assist with leasing and tenant retention strategies, manage the leasing and lease renewal process, ensure lessee compliance, and work closely with the Facilities Team.
- Leadership: Display integrity and leadership qualities to promote high performance within the team.
- Risk Management: Comply with all legislative, internal/external risk, and compliance requirements, and promote Investa's WHS&E and Sustainability practices.
- Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare, manage, and monitor annual budget plans, provide monthly reports, manage rental billing and rent reviews, and ensure accurate tenancy data recording.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and execute effective tenant communication plans, manage tenant relations, oversee high-level customer service delivery, promote Investa's sustainability platform, and participate in industry bodies/events.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in property or a related discipline, with a career history of not less than 5 years in commercial property management.
- Numerate and competent in financial and property management systems, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Sound understanding of property fundamentals and valuation principles, gained through commercial property management experience.
