**Job Opportunity for Experienced Baristas**

As a Cafe Supervisor | Barista, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages with precision and consistency
  • Leading, training, and motivating the barista team to maintain high standards
  • Ensuring excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
  • Overseeing daily cafe operations, including opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to restock supplies
  • Collaborating with management to create and implement promotions
  • Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate cash registers

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
