We deliver a fresh, modern café experience with high-quality seasonal ingredients and globally inspired flavours. As a new venue, we're building a passionate, professional team dedicated to excellence in food, service, and hospitality.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a creative, experienced Chef to lead our kitchen, design seasonal menus, and deliver dishes that embody our fresh café concept. This is a unique opportunity to shape our culinary direction from the ground up and establish a strong food-focused reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cost seasonal menus using fresh, locally sourced produce.
  • Oversee daily food preparation and cooking with consistent quality and presentation.
  • Manage stock, orders, and minimise waste.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to refine menus and introduce new dishes.
  • Control kitchen budgets and labour costs.
  • Ensure smooth operations during peak service.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year's commercial kitchen experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, stock control, and cost management.
  • Creative flair for high-quality café-style cuisine.
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
